RESERVATION POLICY
MINIMUM RESERVATIONS:
Summer Season weekends and Holidays are 3 night minimum for advance reservations. Two nights are available in advance during the week. One night reservations are available a week or less in advance.
EARLY DEPARTURE:
Be sure you reserve only as much time as you actually want to stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL NUMBER OF NIGHTS YOU HAVE RESERVED even if you decide to leave early. If you prefer the flexibility of last minute planning, please wait to see what is available at the time rather than reserving. Unfortunately, we cannot base reservation on weather conditions - sun or rain.
CANCELLATIONS:
Full refund of you deposit will be made if we are notified at least 14 days before your reservation arrival date. Within the 14 day period all but $25.00 will be refunded provided we are able to re-rent the space. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
*No refund on one night stays.

The first date is your arrival; the second date is your departure. You are not booked to stay the night of your departure.

CHECK-OUT TIME 10:30 a.m.
(extra charge for late check-out)
The motel office is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you arrive after 10 p.m. special arrangements have to be made. Be SURE to let us know if you are arriving after 10 p.m.
ALL ROOMS ARE NONSMOKING.
Please NO PETS OR BIKES allowed in building.
